First you can't get past the fact this company spent the money to have this product tested and verified for its purity as should every supplement company. Taste wise I didn't really notice when added to my coffee and it mixed well. As for results I didn't notice anything different, but I only used for a month, and I see they recommend 3 months to truly benefit. Will give it a go again for a longer run in future.

It’s a good product

This is my first time taking this supplement and so far i can say that I feel a sense of calm and clarity of thought. I tend to gravitate towards anxiety and worry so I’ll continue taking this to see if it’s a long term benefit. I don’t exactly feel a boost of energy; more like a sustained and lasting energy that lasts throughout the day. Everyone is different with different health issues and chemical makeup so not everyone will react the same. The taste is not great but that doesn’t matter to me when overall improvement of health is involved. I like to go the natural route and from reading about Shilajit, the benefits are too numerous to ignore. As with most supplements you need to give it time for the individual benefits to be more noticeable. I am hopeful and would recommend.

I wanted to try this as an avid coffee drinker. Hoping to curb down my intake of coffee and try this in the morning instead of an espresso. It’s definitely going to take a little bit of time to get used to the taste. It’s hard to explain how it tastes but it’s tolerable. That being said I don’t love it at all. I am willing to try it out for a few months and see how I feel and I’m curious how my skin reacts.Looks of great quality and the packaging and presentation is great.
